Right, latetly we've had some right morons asking questions that are pretty darn obvious or have pretty much been answered several hundred times on every form of media known to man or machine. Here is a list of the top asked Qs. We'll integrate these into the actual FAQ/Advice section after the festival.
Q: I bought my tickets from http://www.this-is-obviously-a-scam.com and tickets haven't arrived, what should I do?
A: Other than remove yourself from the gene pool for being so dumb to order tickets from a dodgy site despite the advice the official site, forums and my site and forums give out, we suggest trying to claim money back via the bank or your credit card company. If that doesn't work, contact watchdog and trading standards. There is nothing that we, Festival Republic or See Tickets can do to help your sorry ass. Would you buy a dodgy car from Del Boy? I didn't think so.
Q: Can I buy tickets on the door?
A: Most probably, if you get there early enough. Try and find any other means though as this is not the most reliable method. This answer goes for weekend tickets and day tickets. Day tickets can be bought on the day. However the official line is NO. The unofficial line is YES. Obviously, getting there earlier will ensure you have a better chance of getting one.
Q: Can I leave the festival and come back?
A: Yes - it's not a prison.
Q: Do they have early entry tickets on the door?
A: Despite what some sources are saying, they definitely will. If they didnt, they would risk losing a licence as 1000s of people would turn up earlier, also if they planned to not for this year, everyone would have received an email by now and it would be much clearer. So the answer is yes. £10. However the official line is NO. The unofficial line is YES.
Q: Why haven't my tickets arrived yet?
A: seetickets have said they planned to get them to people on 15th August - friday - however a problem with the tickets means they wont get to our houses by Monday 18th at the latest. If you haven't received them by then, call up seetickets or whichever official supplier you got them off. Only start to worry if you haven't got anything by Tuesday morning. Otherwise, don't post asking about it.
Q: What time will the bands be on? / When will FR release the stage times

Q: Where is 'x' camp? What is the best camp to choose?
A: The best camp is where your friends are. None of the camps (bar white) would be more likely to damage your festival experience in any way. Here is a handy map of the campsite, so you know where everything is.

Q: What time does the place open on the wednesday? What time does the campsite open on the thursday?
A: For the Wednesday it will probably say 6pm officially. Assume midday and arrange to get there for then. Theres no point waiting around at home until 6pm (it will open at 3 at the latest) when you could be waiting around with 1000s of fellow festival goers. For the Thursday, assume the earliest.
Q: I have a question that hasnt been answered.
A: Then post a topic. But FIRST check. Search, if the search dont work, be more specific with time of post etc. You could even just read a couple of the threads. Because almost certainly, someone has the same question as you and it has been posted 10 times already.
But before you do that. Why dont you read the lovely FAQs: http://www.strictlyreading.co.uk/faq
